I was lucky enough to work with Shawn w/BO back in the late 70's. He was a great kid, full of fun and he never seemed to want to stop playing.. I have often commented to other players that they were good but "no Shawn Lane"

I've recently found out about the sonic tsunami that is Shawn Lane on a guitar. My jaw drops everytime I hear him play. Enjoy Shawn's music and spread the word. 😉

Every time I think about Shawn's death I am saddened to know that there is another genius guitarist that was struck down in the prime of his life by something out of their control. I shall forever enjoy what Shawn left and the knowledge he imparted before he passed.
